We dedicate 1-5 business days to handle and carefully prepare your items for shipment. Please be aware that processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or special promotions.
Please note that all items are handcrafted in our production facility located in Turkey and will be shipped from Turkey.
Transit time is 1-5 business days. Anticipate an estimated total delivery time of approximately 2-10 business days, encompassing the handling time of 1-5 business days. While we strive for swift deliveries, please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances may influence delivery times. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing any delays and ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep.
Customs & Duty Fees
Due to recent changes in trade rules in the world, some countries are now adjusting their customs fee rates very rapidly, which may result in unexpected customs tax or duty charges upon import. These regulations can shift frequently and are outside of our control.
Return & Refund
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@furnirem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. The buyer have 30 days to return it back to us. 30 day period starts when you receive your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at support@furnirem.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
