Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@furnirem.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note:

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees.
  • Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
