Production Facility : Please note that all items are handcrafted in our production facility located in TURKEY and will be shipped from TURKEY.

Processing Time: We take pride in delivering high-quality products, and to ensure each order meets our standards, we dedicate 1-5 business days to process and carefully prepare your items for shipment. Please be aware that processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or special promotions.

Shipping Carriers: In our commitment to reliable and efficient deliveries, we have established partnerships with renowned shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS. These carriers boast proven track records for secure and timely deliveries, ensuring your orders reach you in pristine condition.

Shipping Duration: Anticipate an estimated delivery time of approximately 2-10 business days, encompassing the processing time of 1-5 business days. While we strive for swift deliveries, please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances may influence delivery times. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing any delays and ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep.

Damaged or Defective Items (IMPORTANT)

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • This timeframe is required due to carrier transportation rules and conditions.
  • Claims reported after 14 days from delivery cannot be processed and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To report a damaged item, please contact support@furnirem.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (inside and outside)

Once we receive and review the submitted photos and information, we will assess the claim and offer either a refund or a replacement, in accordance with the customer’s preference, subject to eligibility and carrier approval.
