Shipping
We dedicate 1-3 business days to handle and carefully prepare your items for shipment. Please be aware that processing times may vary, especially during peak seasons or special promotions.
Please note that all items are handcrafted in our production facility located in Turkey and will be shipped from Turkey.
Transit time is 2-5 business days. Anticipate an estimated total delivery time of approximately 3-8 business days, encompassing the handling time of 1-3 business days. While we strive for swift deliveries, please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances may influence delivery times. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing any delays and ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep.

RETURN & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@furnirem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. The buyer have 30 days to return it back to us. 30 day period starts when you receive your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at support@furnirem.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping was quick and the pre order customer service was great. I wanted a size smaller than 29.1" and they were able to give me this 25.5" option.
However when the table arrived it was the 29" version. In addition to this I was missing about 5 of the screws that attach the top of the table to the legs.
The most frustrating thing for me was that there weren't predrilled holes or markers for where to place the legs so that they are centered under the table. That and the video instructions claimed the brackets for the legs were numbered to match the different legs but mine were not.
Beautiful, well built table. I particularly love the legs and the central cylinder system. I wish the table top screw holes had been pre drilled but we figured it out. Sturdy and beautiful
We recently purchased the round dining table with the butterfly legs and we love it! Because I wanted to somewhat match the stain color with another piece of furniture I would have near it, I reached out to get clarification on colors. Sibel responded to all my emails in such a timely manner and did not ship the table out until I had seen a photo of the color and approved of it. We did have a bit of a glitch when we received the table as the legs did not fit flush to the table bottom. We felt fairly certain that we may have received the incorrect legs, which was an honest mistake. Once again, Sibel promptly responded and they sent out another set of legs, which fit perfectly! It is always great to get good service and love the product, but when there is a glitch and it is taken care of promptly and professionally, you know you are working with a reputable company. We would definitely purchase from Furnirem again.
Extremely rapid replies for queries to seller and delivery was amazingly quick. I queried that I wanted a white ‘washed' table top and natural legs and I received an immediate helpful response and my table arrived just as I had requested. There were a few marks on the legs and a small dent on the table top but both acceptable. But I had extreme difficulty siting the legs centrally on the table top. I had seen a review before ordering that someone had said similar and it was suggested that pilot holes for guidance would be helpful and I totally agree with that. Despite this I am pleased with my table. It looks expensive and just what I was looking for, thank you Sibel
This is a beautifully crafted piece of furniture that requires minimal assembly (and has video instructions). We are absolutely delighted with it. It feels sturdy and looks elegant.
