Please note that all items are handcrafted in our production facility located in Turkey and will be shipped from Turkey.
Transit time is 2-5 business days. Anticipate an estimated total delivery time of approximately 3-8 business days, encompassing the handling time of 1-3 business days. While we strive for swift deliveries, please bear in mind that unforeseen circumstances may influence delivery times. Rest assured, our team is dedicated to minimizing any delays and ensuring the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep.

RETURN & REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@furnirem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. The buyer have 30 days to return it back to us. 30 day period starts when you receive your order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact us at support@furnirem.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

This arrived with the wrong hardware, but my handyman was able to fix it and I still loved it enough to give it five stars. Great looking little table!
In general it's a nice table.
The quality of wood is not that great.
The base of the tulip leg has a big irregularity og a much darker color and also a discolored spot. The top is Ok, though also has naughty irregularity.
Another problem is: with the size 35" it is very difficult to adjust 6 little "legs" and make the table steady. The base should have neen designed to be havier. For the price we expected a better quality.
There is nothing quite like wood to and warmth and character. This table delivered! It is the perfect size and the quality is excellent. On the business side, the customer service is excellent and time from order to delivery is very fast.
I ordered a small, 23 inch table to have a “nook” in my apartment and this was perfect. Very well constructed, delivery was super fast! There was a sweet note and gift in the package from the owner, which was a nice touch. Supporting small businesses is so important and I highly recommend ordering furniture here. They are on my “favorites” list!
